WQ1150E introduction of quenched and tempered high-strength steel plate
WQ1150E belongs to the quenched and tempered high-strength steel plate, and the yield strength of the WQ1150E steel plate is more than 1150Mpa, and the general thickness is not more than 50mm. It is suitable for the manufacture of mine truck floors of more than 100 tons, pumping machinery, excavators, crawler cranes, coal mine hydraulic supports, etc.,
and implements WJB standards, corresponding to WQ1150E the national standard Q1150 and the European standard S1150Q.

WQ1150E five characteristics of steel plate: 1. High purity of steel: the gas content of P, S and H, O and N inclusions in the steel is strictly controlled.
2. Ideal strength reserve: the yield strength and tensile strength level are moderately controlled, usually surplus at 50-80MPa.
3. Reasonable yield ratio control: By adjusting the composition and improving the process, the yield ratio is more rationalized.

5. Excellent welding Longeng: By improving the smelting process and adjusting the amount of alloy in the steel, the Ceq and Pcm values are further reduced. It has good welding performance.
