SX610CF: Wugang high-grade hydropower steel plate is a special grade specially developed for the Three Gorges Project. SX610CF steel plate was first used in Sichuan Province Da Ago Hydropower Station, Wugang after layers of screening and finally won orders, the first intervention in high-end customers, and then after more than two years of market tracking services finally lived up to expectations to win the brunt.

Da'ago Hydropower Station is the final first-class hydropower station in the "one reservoir and three levels" hydropower elevator development plan for the main stream of the Huoqu River. Located in Yajiang County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, it is developed by water diversion with an installed capacity of 220MW watts. Since the power station was completed and officially put into operation, it has supplied power to the Sichuan power grid, with an annual power supply of 9.207/1.0186 billion kWoh (single/joint operation) to serve the general public. Two years ago, when the leaders of Hegang Wugang learned that there would be a number of project purchases for the Three Gorges Hydropower Station, the leaders determined that it was SX610CF high-strength steel plates, and in order to gain the trust of users, the upper leaders personally went out to communicate with customers in real time. Subsequently, the technical person in charge of the high-grade hydropower steel of Wugang rushed to Sichuan to communicate with users on the technical standards of steel, and once again determined that its grade was SX610CF. Although SX610CF is the standard of the Three Gorges Enterprise Label, users have increased the quality requirements for thick plates, and the biggest difficulty is that the welding crack sensitivity index with a maximum thickness of 128mm is 0.2%, which is much higher than the standard requirements for SX610CF in the Three Gorges Enterprise Standard (0.24%). Because of the long-term communication with customers, Wugang technical and sales staff have completely dispelled the last doubts of the owners and construction units with rigorous technical style and good service awareness. In the end, HBIS Wugang defeated many competitors and won an order for 2,700 tons of highest-grade XS610CF steel plates used in the core part of Daago's hydropower station.
