SA841GrD steel is a low-temperature steel recommended by ASME in the United States, and the applicable temperature is -18~-60°C. Because of its superior performance, it has been widely used in the cryogenic pressure vessel industry. The steel has a supporting foreign imported welding consumables, but the use of domestic welding consumables welding is an inevitable development trend. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the microstructure and performance of welded joints made of domestic welding consumables to ensure the quality of welded joints and the safety of components. In this paper, the welding test of SA516Gr.60 steel was carried out by using the domestic welding consumables J507DR and welding process specifications selected by the test, and the microstructure and properties of the welded joints were studied and analyzed.
