Production process of SA737MGrB/C steel plate: 1. The smelting process of steel is:
open-hearth, oxygen flounder or electric furnace. The steel should be calm steel and meet the requirements of fine austenite grain size in the A20/A20M standard.
2. The material is heated to an appropriate temperature for normalizing to form an austenite structure, but the temperature should not exceed 925, and it should be kept at this temperature for enough time to make the whole material evenly heated, and then cooled in the air.
3. If the party agrees, in order to improve the strength or toughness, the cooling rate is allowed to be faster than air cooling, but then the steel plate must be tempered in the range of 95-705.
SA737MGrB steel plate and SA737MGrC steel plate Wuyang Steel Mill production, according to their own needs to choose different delivery status, can also be attached to the flaw detection standard requirements, flaw detection grade requirements, Z-direction performance requirements, add special alloying elements requirements, etc., but need to be agreed by both suppliers and demanders, and indicated in the contract
