SA543CL2 nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy container plate, SA543CL2 Wugang fixed rolling, SA543CL3 c

SA543CL2 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy container plate, and SA543 is used to weld Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel plate in quenched and tempered state for pressure vessels and other pressure equipment. These alloy steel components are generally considered to be used for those that require 2in. (50mm) or greater thickness of steel plate structure.

SA543 Steel Plate has two types: B and C type, and has the following three categories. SA543TypeBCL1、SA543TypeBCL2、SA543TypeBCL3。

In terms of composition selection, nuclear power steel is mainly divided into two fields: carbon steel and alloy steel, among which due to the special environment inside the nuclear power plant, the steel plate has good strength and toughness matching, and more importantly, it has to withstand long-term neutron radiation.

Generally speaking, the more alloying elements in the steel, the weaker the overall anti-neutron radiation effect it embodies, and the world is widely recognized as the Mn-Ni-Mo series of low-alloy high-strength steel, which is developed on the basis of Mn-Mo plus M, which is better than the toughness of Mn-Mo type low-alloy steel.

In order to obtain a more satisfactory hardenability and ensure that the properties of the steel plate can meet the specified requirements, countries around the world have made different degrees of adjustment to the composition range of steel, but its basic properties are almost the same.

The most typical nuclear power steels in the world mainly include SA508-3 and SA533 (B, D) in the United States, BHW35 in Germany, 16MND5 in France and SFVV3 in Japan.
