Q550CFC performance of high-strength plates and their industrial applications
Q550CFC is a high-strength plate with low weld crack susceptibility, Q550CFC steel plate can be produced by Wugang up to 8---150mm thick, and the delivery condition is thermomechanically controlled rolling (TMCP), TMCP+tempering or quenching + tempering (quenching and tempering). (The specific delivery status is agreed by both parties and indicated in the contract)

Q550CFC stands for low weld crack susceptibility to high-strength plates: CF is the abbreviation of crack free. The suffix C represents the quality grade of the steel plate. Q550CFC steel plate impact can reach 0°C. Q550D steel plate is an ordinary high-strength steel plate, and the difference between it and Q550CFC steel plate is that the impact is different. Q550D steel plate impact can reach -20 degrees. Application of Q550CFC high-strength plate: mainly used for the production of pressure steel pipes for hydropower stations, construction machinery, railway vehicles, bridges, high-rise and long-span buildings with high weldability requirements.
