P690QH quenched and tempered container plate, P690Q steel plate fixed rolling, P690QH is equivalent

P690QH European standard quenched and tempered container plate, P690Q steel plate fixed rolling, P690QH is equivalent to what material in China

P690QH is the European standard quenched and tempered container plate, quenched and tempered weldable fine-grained steel plate P690QH is, for the pressure equipment steel, with good plasticity, toughness, cold bending performance and welding performance, 690 represents the lower limit of the yield strength of the container steel plate, digital code: 1.8868, technical standard:

EN10028-6: 2017, Condition: Quenched plus tempered (quenched and tempered). The size, shape and allowable deviation of the steel plate should meet the requirements of EN10028-1.

P690Q steel plate fixed rolling: Wugang to the sun

The grades in the EN10028-6 standard are divided into four categories

1. Basic use: P460Q, P460Q, P500Q, P690Q

2. High temperature performance: P460QH, P460QH, P500QH, P690QH

3. -40°C low temperature performance: P460QL1, P460QL1, P500QL1, P690QL1

4. -60°C low temperature performance: P460QL2, P460QL2, P500QL2, P690QL2

P690Q steel plate is a special alloy steel, steel for pressure-bearing equipment, with good plasticity, toughness, cold bending performance and welding performance. It is used to manufacture spherical storage tanks of more than 50 cubic meters, and can also be used to manufacture single-layer coil-welded containers, multi-layer hot-sleeved coil-welded containers, multi-layer wrapping containers and other second- and third-class containers and low-temperature pressure vessels.

P690QH steel plate size, shape, weight and allowable deviation

The size, shape and allowable deviation of the steel plate should meet the requirements of 2007+A1:2009 in EN10028-1.

5. Heat treatment state

The product covered should be in a quenched and tempered state.

The steels specified in this European standard shall be suitable for the welding processes currently in use.

If requested, the manufacturer shall provide the buyer with data on suitable welding conditions as determined by the welding procedure test. Note 1: Cold cracking may occur as the thickness and strength level of the product increases. Cold cracking is caused by a combination of: a) the diffusion of hydrogen content in the metal in the weld;

b) brittle structure of the heat-affected zone; c) The tensile stress of the welded joint is concentrated.

Note 2: Recommended provisions, such as EN 1011-1 and EN 1011-2, should be used, and the welding conditions and welding range of the steel grade can be determined according to the thickness of the product.

Note 3: The mechanical properties of post-weld heat treatment (heat treatment) will be reduced if it is too fast. Therefore, the buyer is advised to seek the manufacturer's advice when inquiring and ordering, and to consider, where appropriate, verifying the mechanical properties of the simulated welded heat treatment samples.
