P355Q is a European standard container plate, P355QH is a weldable fine-grained steel quenched and tempered, and the basic purpose steel plate

P355Q executive standard: EN10028-6, number: 1.8867, P355QH is a professional alloy steel, steel for pressure-bearing equipment, with good plasticity, toughness, cold bending performance and welding performance.

P355 is available in four steel grades:

a) Basic Series (P355Q);

b) Series with high temperature characteristics (P355QH);

c) The low temperature performance of the series is reduced to -40°C(P355QL1);

d) The low temperature performance of this series of products can be reduced to -60 °C (P355QL2)

P355Q steel plate surface quality

1, the surface of the steel plate is not allowed to have cracks, bubbles, scars, folding and mixing and other harmful shortcomings to the application. There shall be no delamination on the surface around the steel plate. If there are the above-mentioned surface shortcomings, it is allowed to be packed, and the packing depth is calculated from the practical specifications of the steel plate, and it shall not cross half of the thickness of the steel plate, and the smaller thickness of the steel plate shall be ensured. Disadvantages: The cleaning place should be smooth and free of edges and corners.

2. Other shortcomings are allowed, and their depth is calculated from the practical specifications of the steel plate, and shall not exceed half of the thickness allowed for public service, and the thickness of the steel plate at the defect shall not be less than the allowable small thickness of the steel plate.

The grades in the EN10028-6 standard are divided into four categories

1, basic use: P355Q, P460Q, P500Q, P690Q

2, high temperature performance: P355QH, P460QH, P500QH, P690QH

3. -40°C low temperature performance: P355QL1, P460QL1, P500QL1, P690QL1

4. -60°C low temperature performance: P355QL2, P460QL2, P500QL2, P690QL2
