NVD620 steel plate fixed rolling: Wugang Xiangyang
NVD620 steel plate is usually quenched, normalized, thermomechanical rolling + tempering state
NVD620, the size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of the steel plate should meet the provisions of GEH40/T709, and the deviation under the thickness is -0.3mm.
NVD620 steel plate heat treatment state: steel plate is normalized to normalize, TMCP (temperature-deformation controlled rolling), QT (quenching + tempering) heat treatment state.
Classification Society Certification: China CCS, American ABS, German GL, French BV, Norway DNV, Japan NK, British LR, Italy RINA, South Korea KR, (Norway DNV and Germany merged to: VL).
A400 Dimensional Tolerance:
The tolerance of the outer diameter and wall thickness of the 401 steel pipe shall conform to the corresponding ISO standard or acceptable national standard.
A500 Chemical Composition
The chemical composition of the 501 barrel sample shall conform to the ISO standards detailed in the subsequent clauses or acceptable national or international standards. If product analysis is used, the results should be within the allowable range of the specified deviation in the composition of the barrel sample.
A600 Heat Treatment
601 If there is no special provision in the subsequent terms, the steel pipe shall be supplied in the heat treatment state described in Table A1.
A700 Mechanical Properties
701 The number of tests that must be carried out and their mechanical properties for the steel pipes included in this section shall meet the requirements listed in this section or the applicable relevant standards
