CCSAH32 ship plate specification ruler, CCS-AH32 classification society certification, CCSAH32 marin

CCS-AH32 is a ship plate certified by China Classification Society, which is mainly used in the manufacture of bridges, ships, vehicles, boilers, high-pressure vessels, oil and gas pipelines, large steel structures, etc.

CCSAH32 Marine Steel Plate Fixed Rolling # Wugang Xiangyang

Advanced Marine Plate: A32, D32, E32, A36, D36, E36, A40, D40, E40. where 32, 36 and 40 indicate that the upper yield strength is greater than 315N/mm2, 355N/mm'2 and 390N/mm^2;

CCSAH32 performance requirements(1) High strength: Generally, its yield strength is above 300MPa. 2) High toughness: the elongation is required to be 15%~20%, and the impact toughness at room temperature is greater than 600kJ/m~800kJ/m. For large welded components, high fracture toughness is also required. 3) Good welding performance and cold forming performance. 4) Low cold-brittle transition temperature. 5) Good corrosion resistance.

Characteristics of CCSAH32 composition (1) Low carbon: Due to the high requirements of toughness, weldability and cold formability, its carbon content does not exceed 0.20%. 2) Add alloying elements mainly manganese. 3) Add niobium, titanium or vanadium and other auxiliary elements: a small amount of niobium, titanium or vanadium forms fine carbides or carbonitrides in steel, which is conducive to obtaining fine ferrite grains and improving the strength and toughness of steel. In addition, the addition of a small amount of copper (≤0.4%) and phosphorus (about 0.1%) can improve corrosion resistance. Adding a small amount of rare earth elements can desulfurize and degassify, purify the steel, and improve the toughness and process performance.

CCSAH32 heat treatment characteristics This type of steel is generally used in a hot-rolled air-cooled state and does not require special heat treatment. The use is generally ferrite soxhtenite.
