The defect cleaning area should be smooth and free of edges and corners. The steel plate is not allowed to be welded and repaired.
2. Other defects are allowed, but the depth is calculated from the actual size of the steel plate, and shall not exceed half of the allowable tolerance of the thickness, and ensure that the thickness of the defect treatment does not exceed the minimum allowable thickness of the steel plate.
