1. Scope: This standard is applicable to high tensile strength carbon manganese steel plates with a thickness of no more than 20mm for pressure vessels manufactured by welding.

2. The size, shape and allowable deviation of the steel plate are shown in ASTMA20/A20M< General Requirements Standard for Steel Plate for Pressure Vessels》
