12Cr1MoV steel plate has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength. The creep limit of this steel is close to the durability strength value and has high plasticity in the case of durable tensile; The manufacturability and weldability of the steel are outstanding, but it needs to be preheated to 300 before welding, and stress relief treatment is required after welding. It is a widely used steel grade for boiler superheaters, headers and main steam ducts of high-pressure, ultra-high-pressure and subcritical power stations. At 580, it still has high thermal strength and oxidation resistance, and 12Cr1MoV steel plate has high durability and plasticity. The production process is relatively simple, and the welding performance is excellent, but it is sensitive to the normalization cooling rate. Long-term use of 580 will cause pearlitic spheroidization.
