10G2S1 carbon steel plate: mainly detect carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus and sulfur content. Some carbon steels also contain a certain amount of copper, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium and other elements. Among them, carbon is the main factor to determine the strength of the steel plate, that is, the strength of the steel plate increases with the increase of carbon content. The carbon content of carbon steel plate is between 0.16~0.33%. Manganese and silicon also have the effect of improving the material and increasing the strength.

10G2S1 surface defects: The surface defects of steel plate mainly include cracks, scars, flattened bubbles, impurities, convex bubbles, pores, pressed into iron oxide scale, etc. Due to the need for safety, the pressure vessel steel plate has strict requirements for surface and internal defects. In general, the above defects are not allowed. However, it is allowed to be removed by appropriate methods, and the removal area should be flat. Its thickness shall not exceed the allowable difference of the thickness of the steel plate. The presence of dissections is also generally not permitted.

10G2S1 is a steel plate for medium and high temperature pressure vessels, which is often used for liquid storage such as petroleum equipment, gas cylinders, liquefied gas tanks, chemical equipment, pressure vessels, gas tanks, heat exchangers, reactors, spherical tanks and other large containers.
