09MnNiDR is a commonly used cryogenic container steel plate in the chemical industry, due to the addition of nickel (Ni) element to the steel, so that the steel plate can still maintain high mechanical strength and toughness in the ultra-low temperature state. It is mainly used in cryogenic container equipment.
09MnNiDR is mainly produced in Wuyang Steel Mill, which implements the standard GB3531. 09 means that the C content is about 0.09%, Mn means that the Mn content is about 1%, Ni means that there are trace alloying elements, generally above 0.30 is considered an alloying element, it needs to be expressed, D means "low temperature", that is, the first letter of pinyin, R means "container", that is, the first letter of pinyin
Delivery status: normalizing, normalizing + tempering, other technical conditions can be attached according to customer requirements, and the flaw detection standards can meet the national standard of one, two and three explorations.
