The bolt test shows that the steel has a certain sensitivity to reheat cracks, and the sensitive temperature is about 600°C. The results of the thermal simulation test and the bolt test are consistent, and the small iron research test is not suitable for the reheat crack susceptibility study of the test materials. Slow tensile after thermal simulation is an effective method to judge the sensitivity of materials to reheat cracks, and the initial stress at critical fracture of the latch has guiding significance for production.
