07MnMoVR is a quenched and tempered high-strength steel plate for pressure vessels, and is a widely used steel grade for high-pressure, ultra-high-pressure, subcritical station electric boiler superheaters, headers and main steam ducts. In the petrochemical power station boiler and other industries, it is widely used in the production of reactors, heat exchanger separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, nuclear reactor pressure shells, boiler bubbles, hydropower station high-pressure water pipes, water wheel vortex shells and other equipment components.
07MnMoVR steel plate is delivered in quenching + tempering state, note: tempering temperature: not less than 600 degrees.
07MnMoVR steel plate smelting method: The steel plate is smelted by an oxygen converter or electric furnace and should be vacuum-treated.

07MnMoVR container plate production process:
The product characteristics of 07MnMoVR steel plate have high thermal strength and oxidation resistance at 580°C, and have high durable plasticity. The production process is simple, the welding performance is good, but it is sensitive to the normalization cooling rate. Long-term use at 580°C will produce pearlite spheroidization.
